Terms of service

Last updated [date]

Draft. This page is written to the right shape but has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the bracketed parts still need Finworth Technologies' own details. Do not rely on it, and do not launch without a legal review.

These terms are an agreement between Finworth Technologies Pvt Ltd, [registered address], Lucknow, India (“Dimoro”, “we”) and the business that opens a Dimoro account (“you”). By using Dimoro you accept them.

The service

Dimoro provides AI employees that carry out tasks you ask them to and, where you allow it, communicate with your customers on channels you connect.

AI employees can get things wrong. You are responsible for reviewing their work before it goes to a customer, and for choosing which actions they may take without your approval.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract and be using Dimoro for a business.

Trial, plans and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. [Confirm the final prices, the conversation limits, and what happens when a limit is reached.]

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from your next billing date.

Message fees charged by Meta, carriers and payment providers are passed through at cost. [Confirm.]

[State the refund and cancellation terms.]

What you may not do

Send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or otherwise break the rules of the channels you connect, including the WhatsApp Business messaging policy.

Use Dimoro to mislead people about who they are dealing with, or to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.

Use Dimoro to give regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without the human oversight your own regulator requires.

Resell or white-label Dimoro except under the Agency plan.

Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of everything you put into Dimoro and everything your AI employees produce for you.

You grant us the licence we need to run the service for you, and nothing more.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the information you add, and for your own obligations to your customers.

Availability

We aim to keep Dimoro available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. [Add an uptime commitment here if you intend to offer one.]

Liability

[This section needs a lawyer. It should set out the warranty disclaimer, the liability cap, and the exclusions that are actually enforceable in India and in the other markets you sell into.]

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, and will tell you why.

You can export your data before you leave. [State how long data is kept after cancellation.]

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you before a material change takes effect.

[State the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction.]
